Enrollment Fee
After your child has been accepted into our program, a nonrefundable Enrollment fee of $475 per family is due with your Tuition Agreement in order to secure enrollment.
Financial Aid
We offer need-based financial aid for the elementary program only, the priority deadline is February 3, 2023. NCS does not offer full scholarships, however, aid is awarded in the form of meaningful tuition discounts and is intended to make it possible for families to afford annual tuition. We rely on the prayerful understanding that our families are also our partners and are personally and financially invested in their child's school and education. All families receive an initial tuition discount as our tuition amount does not cover 100% of our educational expenses. The difference and all financial aid that we award is made up by our fundraising events.
- Applications for financial aid are submitted via School and Student Services
- Financial aid is available to qualifying Kindergarten through Grade 5 applicants
- We cannot consider an application for financial aid unless the NCS admissions application and application fee have been submitted
- All financial information is kept in strict confidence and is reviewed only by non-parent members of the NCS Board of Trustees Financial Aid committee
- Financial Aid applications are considered active when the SSS fee and all required documents and information have been submitted.
